Privacy Information

PPSA is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting any personally identifiable information you provide to PPSA. As a result of this commitment, PPSA has created and adheres to the following privacy policy.

NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
For each visitor to our web site, our web server automatically collects your domain name, IP address, aggregate information on what pages you access or visit, user-specific information on what pages you access or visit, and the amount of time you spend on the site. We do not collect the e-mail address of visitors to our web site. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site.

PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
You may be required to provide personal information to PPSA, including name, company name, telephone number, fax number, postal address and e-mail address in order to register for events, order publications, products and services, update membership information or access secure pages. You may choose not to provide this information, but doing so may result in limited access to some services and secure pages.  We do not provide our email address list to others.

We use cookies to record session information only, in order to maintain your session on the site.

MINORS
We do not want to and we do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian. We ask that minors not submit any information about themselves.

AD SERVERS
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

SECURITY
When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information, such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server. The information will be encrypted between your computer and our server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuses or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
