Mr. Richard joined Mohawk Fine Papers in 1995 as Manager, Engineering & Maintenance.  Later that he, he was made Vice President, Manufacturing, Engineering & Maintenance.  In 1999, he became Vice President of Operations.  In January, 2000, he was promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations & Research and became Executive Vice President, Operations in September, 2000.  In 2005 Mr. Richard was promoted to his current position, Executive Vice President, Operations and Chief Operating Officer.  Mr. Richard has 13 years of experience with International Paper Co. prior to joining Mohawk.
