REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:    Sunday night Chairman’s Reception, Monday, Tuesday &  Wednesday Lunch and Wednesday night Awards Banquet -  Registered guest/spouse includes all lunches, chairman’s reception, Monday morning brunch, Tuesday tour and lunch and Wednesday Awards Banquet.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS: All registrants are responsible for making their own hotel accommodations. Special Conference rates of $159/single, $159/double, are available at the Sheaton for reservations made through May 1, 2008. Mention Pulp & Paper Safety Association when making reservations to receive special rate. Conference Rate subject to availability for reservations received after May 1, 2008.

*These fees are for attendees with hotel confirmation numbers for rooms at the host hotel,  Sheraton Society Hill  In order to receive these rates you must supply your reservation confirmation number and stay at the host hotel or at an approved overflow when our room block has filled.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations accepted through April 15, 2008; no refunds after April 16, however substitutions will be allowed.
